This article will go through the steps if the Bluetooth ECG is unable to connect and be removed from the Bluetooth in the settings menu
1. You will need to go to search for device manager in the start menu. When in the device manager you will need to go to the top of the device manager and click "View" and then click on show hidden devices
2. When you are in the hidden devices section you will need to click on the Bluetooth drop down and find the device you are trying to reconnect. Once you have found the device you need to right click on the device and uninstall the device from your computer
3. When you have removed the device you will need to go into the settings of Amedtec and search for the ECG again.
