How To Import and Export Study Days

Firstly you will need to have the patient open where you want to export the study day and click measurement overview at the top of the screen as you can see below (Red Arrow).

When you have opened the Measurement overview button and you will be shown a page with dates and these dates are dates where tests have been performed, you will need to select the date of when the test was performed that you would like the export.

Then with the date selected you will need to click the export button at the top of the screen and save this file to the computer.

You will need to remember the date that you have exported for when you want to import it into another patient.

When you have exported and saved the file you will need to go back to the patient screen and remove the patient of the study day that you have just exported.

Once this patient has been removed you will then need to search for the patient you would like to import the study day to and add them into the patient cache.

When you have added the new patient into the patient cache you will then need to click onto Measurement overview again and once in the menu you will need to click on the button at the top that says Study day.

Now this part is where you need to remember the date of the study day that you have exported as when you have clicked on study day it will prompt you for a date.

You will now need to put the date in and then once you have done that you will be able to find the study day that you have exported and be able to import this back into blue cherry with the new patient.

When you have imported the study days back in you will be met with a warning.

You will want to click yes on this warning message.

After you have clicked yes on the warning message you will then be brought to another page called Edit import data stage information where you can just click accept or make changes where you see fit.

Then once you have clicked accept you will have successfully exported and imported a study day from one patient over to another patient.
