BlueCherry printer settings by default pull from the Windows Default Printer Settings, in some cases Windows moves the default printer to just the last used printer. If this is a specific use case printer such as a label printer etc, this may have an adverse affect on report outputs when Print Previewing.
We can force BlueCherry to always use a specific printer:
SETUP > Printing > Printers.
Make changes as required, selecting an A4 printer.
This will ensure it will take the correct paper formatting for A4, as paper size also comes from the printer settings.
